It appears that the two of them have been suspended from the content creator program for a month. Plarium made released a statement saying that use of this tool is cheating.
In the past few days, BGE and StewGaming released videos on the topic. There is a tool called Cheat Engine that has been around for a long time that would speed up animations that lets you play Raid faster. I'll include Plarium's long statement down below but here is the TL DR version.
